Acupuncture is both an ancient art and a modern science. Acupuncture involves the insertion of sterile single-use needles into the skin to stimulate the body's own healing abilities. A trained acupuncturist knows the location and safe needling of hundreds of points all over the body, and selects them skillfully to best treat your condition.
Enhance your health and wellbeing with Qigong. learn gentle exercises that invigorate the body and soothe the mind. These timeless exercises can be adapted for any medical condition and skill level, and offer the student a powerful tool for self-healing.
Tui Na is an enlivening form of treatment combining massage and acupressure, resulting in a whole-body feeling of energy and relaxation. Excellent balancing treatment for all and an alternative for those not desiring acupuncture needles.
We specialize in classical and custom-made herbal remedies made of the finest quality herbs. Discover your pattern and receive the medicine you seek.

The health of our environment and the quality of the food that we eat are critically important factors in our own health and wellbeing. Biodynamics is a 100 year old tradition of regenerative agriculture in which we prepare medicines for the land to produce the most nutrient-dense foods for healing bodies. Let me be your guide to healthy eating.
Oriental Medicine developed in the East in ancient times, and so the Doctor of Oriental Medicine had to be able to treat any and all conditions with the tools and methods they had available. The modern practitioner learns the medicine in full, from early history to the modern day, and receives training on the most state of the art treatment methods, bridging the gap between ancient wisdom and modern ingenuity. We treat the whole person, thereby removing the conditions in which illness can prevail.
Some common conditions treated include: Digestive Disorders, Chronic Pain, Insomnia, Depression, Arthritis, Headaches, Neurological Disorders, Respiratory Disease, Allergies, Menstrual Disorders, etc...
Treatment is individually designed for your specific condition and comfort, and may include acupuncture, cupping, medical massage, heat therapy such as moxibustion, and typically lasts 1 hour.
Prognosis and expected course of treatment vary depending on the severity and duration of the condition being treated. Simpler and less severe conditions may require relatively few treatments for full reversal, whereas chronic and complicated conditions may require ongoing care to manage symptoms and improve quality of life. At your first visit we develop a treatment plan with the expected number and anticipated outcomes of treatments.
Acupuncture stimulates your body's own healing responses and directs them where to go. When a needle is inserted into the body, the body reacts as if it has just been injured and increases cellular energy, improves circulation. and produces neurotransmitters that relieve pain called endorphins and enkephalins.
Natural pain relief. Improved energy, immunity, digestion, and mood. Individualized attention and care. Patient education and empowerment.
